yea i do go low on mileage, but i do get the most out of the runs. all i can say is concrete sucks

mostly distance, between 6-10 miles 4 days a week, and a speed work out on the track somewhere in there. i take the weekends off to avoid injury since i have no choice but to run on concrete. <-- very bad..
