AQx is hosting a public training session this Sunday, September 27th, 2009 from 8am to 10pm at Lewis & Clark College in Portland, Oregon!

Experience our revolutionary training program first-hand with its creator, Dr. Garry Killgore. This training session will include a brief on-deck instructional session followed by an in-pool workout with drills, exercises, techniques, and technical analysis in both deep and shallow water.
