In high school I played football and ran track but after I had my knee blown out during a football game my junior year I decided to focus strictly on track. I competed in the 400 meter the 110 high hurdles the 400 intermediate hurdles and was the anchor for the mile relay team. I was lucky enough to have a great and supportive coaching staff which consisted of head coach Ron Flaim, hurdle coach Linda Marchese, throw coach Sal Marchese, distance coach Ron Deckert, and the man who I saw more than my own mother trainer Bob Briles, to really push me to new limits which eventually led me to run personal bests of 48.6 in the 400 meter, 14.9 in the 110 high hurdles, 52.6 in the 400 intermediate hurdles, and 3:18.6, which I ran a personal best split of 46.9. I currently run track for Rutgers with my main event being the 400 intermediate hurdles but i also run the 500 meter indoor, the 400 meter an occasional mile relay. My teamate Kyle Grady uploads videos from all the meets we go to so check them out and you may just see me or any of the other great athletes on the Rutgers Track Team doing there thing on the track or the field.
