I have run since 7th grade, and I'm a college senior now, so that's what? 10 years.  I ran cross country and track in high school and now XC and Track at Hanover College. I love the cross country team here. They are my some of my best friends.

Coming off an injury that started at the end of cross country last year and lasted throughout track, making me miss a few meets was definitely something hard for me.  In all the years I've run, I had never been one to get injured at all.  Then two track seasons in a row, this most recent one much more than last, I didn't get to train to my fullest.  And going into my senior year now, I'm realizing that this is probably my last real chance to run on a real team and consistently competitively.  That freaks me out, but I'm trying to funnel that into extra motivation.  Actually, I'm getting ready to go run now...
