Who I Am...

Graduated from WWU in 2008 where I ran cross country and track. Middle distance guy at heart, but prolly would have had more success moving up to distance.  One of those guys that just never quite reached their goals, but was dang close.  Sooo after a year off from good training and competing I've decided to give it one more go and try and tackle my goals of breaking 26min in the 8k and 15:30 in the 5k. I think Ill have to just live with not breaking 4 for the 1500...the wheels are starting to fall of these days, but I wont rule it out. (pr's are 26:03, 4:02 and 15:33...like i said dang close) Staying motivated along with consistant and patient training should be the ingredients to some personal records!!

And I've been tellin you that I have a dream that one day people will not be judged by the color of their skin or how many LBs they can dumbell bench, but by how many miles they run. We just have to believe in our dreams for them to come true.
