I am 34 years old and married with two children.  Michael is eight and Nicholas is seven.  I graduated from The College at Brockport with a BS in Physical Education and concentrations in Exercise Physiology and Teacher Certification in 1999.  I coached Cross Country and Track & Field at Brockport High School (1999-2002) and The College at Brockport (2002-2009).

I love coaching and I love running.  Most of all, I enjoy working with people who also love running.  It's an awesome sight when people I work with improve and find the joy and excitement in running and life.
