I am currently a student athlete at Saint Joseph's College in Rensselaer, Indiana.

I thoroughly enjoy running on a daily basis, and also running against elite competition in both xc and t&f. I love running because it provides a great sense of well-being and self-awareness, and also because it allows me to see how much pain I can put my body into. The achievement of mind over body is the greatest feeling in the entire world.

My ambitions are to continue studying the human body for many years. Specifically involving exercise physiology, biomechanics, energetics, sport and exercise psychology and nutrition.

Eventually I want to create my own business in my field of expertise and assist others plan and execute proper training in all dimensions of the human physiology.
