Missed out on 2007 XC season. but im back for this season, and im two weeks into my training- as of july 1. Im so excited to race and get in the low 28's for 8k.

I only ran my junior and senior year in HS where i was the two miler. But standin 6'3" they switched me to middle distance in college, and i love it.
