Hi, my name is Danica Bates I'm a transfer Junior at the University of Montana where I'm going to be competing in the heptathlon and the 400 hurdles. My favorite event I would have to say is the Long Jump and the 400 Hurdles. I took my senior  year of HS and first year of college off from sports to recover from an ACL tear in basketball. I was a four sport athlete in Pleasant Hill High School, graduated in 2005. Next year I will be attending the University of Montana,for my Senior year and then apply to PT school.   My hobbies include: riding/training my horses, Team Penning, barrel racing, trail riding, camping, hiking, tubin at the lake, snowboarding, hunting, fishing, toll painting, woodworking, woodburning (type of art), scrapbooking, bowling, watching movies (when I have time) and just hangin out with friends and family. Right now I'm pursuing a Bachelors in Exercise Science with an emphysis on Physical Therapy.
