Hey... how's everyone doing today??? Well, The name is Josh Hintz. I run Cross Country for the Bismarck High School Demons. I do track as well, but XC is wayyy better. I have a few passions in life... running is obviously one of them. But i also love motorcycles and computers.

NXN Nationals!!!!

Wow... it was amazing.

I never ever thought that i'd make it to nationals, but it happened. Ok, i'll talk about the race first... I did horrible. But the team did ok. we didn't quite reach our team goal, but it was good. Our top runner (Joash Osoro) placed 3rd. That was awsome. Good for him! We ended up placing 14th, beating our rivals (Wayzata) who finished 18th.

I'd have to say experiance is a huge key to success in a race like this. There are soooo many aggressive people that if your not on your toes, they will be all over you.

But moving on.. everyting was fanstastic. Everyone from nike was so kind and helpful. (thanks by the way!) anything from the hotels, food, clothes, the buses, the plane, just EVERYTHING was a great experiance. Plus, me and my teammates got to be even better friends because we achieved something really big.

Well, now the cross country season is over. Thank God huh?! So now we're taking a little break. I guess i only took a day off. I've been running, lifting, or both everyday so far. I sure hope i dont hurt myself! O....
