Running Log

35 miles

12/16 4.5 miles 35 mins easy with Cameron Barleen. Reservoir loop. Stomach felt like crap.

12/17 5miles 34 minutes fairly hard with High School team. Resovoir loop + Ridge Rd. Stomach felt like crap. Pushups

12/18 7 mi 55 mins with high school. Oredson Todd. Once again my stomach felt bad. Situps. Later I lifted light. Bench, tricep curls, back extenstions.

12/19 5 mi 35 mins fairly hard with high school. Res loop + Ridge Rd. Pillars.

12/20 1.5 hrs basketball. Lifted: Bench, tri curls, bi curls, light abs.

12/21 7.5 mi. 50 mins hammered with high school. Holy Grail. Pillars.

12/22 4.5 mi. 31 mins hard with Cameron. Graveyard loop. Lifted: Bench, Back extensions, leg press, leg curls, leg extensions.

20 miles

12/23 9 mi. 69 mins hilly long run with Loftus and Crater kids. Oredson Todd+Res. loop. Felt mediocre.

12/26 3mi. 20 mins medium hard. Felt horrible, dizzy, exhausted at end.

12/28 4.5 mi. 35 mins hilly easy. Felt bad at the end again. Dizzy. Pushups.

12/29 4.5 mi. 35 mins hilly easy. Felt alright. Abs, Pillars.

12/30 4.5 mi. 38 mins hilly and very easy with Alyssa. Felt bad anyway.

12/31 5 mi. 39 mins hilly easy. Felt pretty good.

1/2 7mi. 50 mins very hilly hard with Andy Wright. Felt alright. Abs, pillars.

1/3 4.5 mi 35 mins hilly run with Cameron. Felt good. Light lift: Bench, abs, bi curls.

1/5 12 mi 87 mins long run with Isaac, Jake and Matt to Rexius. My stomach felt bad when we hit the hills of Rexius. Then near the very end needed a #2 pit stop.
