Gaining at 350 lbs. it makes any women lose their confidence and that includes me. I admit that I am obese for the past 5 years of my life. I tried a lot of fab and fad diets in the past but they all failed to make me lose weight. I can't blame myself to be this fat because of my work before as an essay writer, I spend most of my days sitting all day facing all the writeups including buy term papers assignment. That triggers me to eat more because I think I have to get more energy for my writing. My biggest mistake is that I don' do any physical activity for me to burn what I ate. One night, I can't breathe that's why I admit myself to the hospital. I found out that I have risks of high blood pressure. My doctor advised me to enroll in an exercise program for me to cut down my cholesterol and take a special diet. I choose running as exercise because I think that it also helps your heart plus it's free. I am running at the park since then while I started to practice being a vegan myself. After 5 years, I lose a lot and now I gain 180 lbs. I feel great and confident now as well as I can go on a date without the insecurity of being fat. GuestbookWall - 0 followers
