I am a Guilderland Highschool runner and run all year 'round. I am a distence runner, for track my main events are the 1600 and the 3200 but I love CrossCountry more then anything.

End of track

Track is over and i think i had a successful season, although i wish i could inpove my 1600 by a little more(5:27). i ended the season nice with a steeple which was awesome. i think i did pretty good on it considering the bariors are as big as me. XC seems so much closer now that track is over. i cant wait to start running on my own and work on what I need to work on and the the whole distence team.I just wanted to update because i havnt in a while...
