I have been running track since I was in 7th grade and XC since I was a sophmore in high school. I ran two years at Clark Community College, where I ran pretty good my freshman year, but had a terrible second year. Now I work as an electrician and train with a couple of guys I met from the local running club, and I am in the best shape of my life. We meet every week day at 5:15pm and have been running consistantly together since August. We even put together our own XC season, running races such as Sundodger, Willamete, Mike Hodges, and the Beaver Classic. I set Prs in the 4 mile as well as the 8k. Now my running partners and I are Starting Our track season after a winter of High mileage. We have run a 3000, 5k, and a 1500, all of which I have set Prs. 9:01, 15:29, and 4:07. This season is looking really good.
