Hey, obviously i'm joe. I'm just your average runner, not special...not horrible...just your average runner. I like to just go out there and run. Not a fan of doing long races, i like to keep it in the 400 to 5k range. Not a fan of anything much over that. I stick mostly to 800's though. Just going through everyday working hard just trying to get better. Not concerened with being the best, not concerned with winning the race, just want to be able to continue to push myself in order to get better. I like to push my body to the limit and see what i can handle. Hopefully it can all get better from here...
