I was a decthlete in college. I ran at the greatest junior college decathlon program in the US, thats right.... Lane Community College.  After my two years there I moved to the dirty south and ran for the Crimson Tide of Alabama.  ROLL TIDE!!!!   Now I am coachinig the throws and the vertical jumps at the University of California at Santa Barbara, GO GAUCHOS!!! I have had a number of injuries but I am still trying to train and would like to compete in a decathlon in the upcoming year.
