We are Lane Tech Cross Country Team. This group was made for us to keep in touch with each other over the summer. If you don't run over the summer, the season will be difficult and feel unenjoyable. If you do run the season wil be less difficult but it will be fun. Anybody can be on varsity. All it takes is determination and Summer running.

GOALS

1 WIN CITY

We haven't won a city tilte on any level over the past three years(except for last season freshmen). If we want to go to state we need to take care of buisness in Chicago before Peoria.

2 WIN REGIONALS

When we win city, we can't lose gas like Mather did last year.  This meet is like city part 2.  No excuss to lose this or let some other school suprise us.

3. QUALIFY FOR STATE

Last year Kulayifi qualified to the state meet. This year the whole team will go down state.  Any sectional that we get put in, we have a chance to place top 5.

4. TOP 7 BREAK 16:00

Last year we had 4 people break 16:00, but now the seniors are gone and people have to step it up.  Last year the gap between 1-4 and 5-7 was big and it screwed us up at city, regionals, and sectionals. We know our mistake and we have to fix it.
