My name is John Randall. I am a 2002 graduate of Sheldon High School. I ran 2 years at Lane Community College. I am currently training to walk on at the University of Oregon. My specialty events are 800 meters, 1500 meters, and 3000 meter steeplechase.

Career Highlights: 1994 (10 years old) 69th place at USATF National Junior Olympic XC Championships in Sparks, Nevada. 1999 USATF Junior Olympic All-American in the 2000 meter Steeplechase. In 2001 led Sheldon High School to its first and only league XC championship. 2000 and 2001 Most Valuable Male XC runner. 2001 Most improved male track athlete. 2002 John Gillian award winner (given to the athlete who gave the best of what he had). 2002 Most Outstanding Male XC runner at Lane Community College. 2007 Most Inspirational Male XC athlete. 2007 NWAACC All-American in the 4x400 meter ralay.
