I am Micaela I attend Lakes high school , and I have run for Federal Way Track Club  in Washington. I run cross country , and track where I compete in the long distances , in college I plan on running the 5k and 10k and possibly steeple during track . My favorite places to run are Point Defiance Park , the wherehouser campus , and nike headquartes. I love to compete and plan to run in college next year.I want to get a degree in health and fittness and one day become a college cross country coach!:)
