Feeling Great

The past two weeks have been great for me and my training. I've been blessed to stay healthy and continue my training without any of my past nagging patella tendon injuries. Last week was a challenge because my workouts increased a little, but it is all for the good of the cause! My running workouts consisted of 10x100 yard runs at 75% with 30s between each run on monday wednesday and friday. On tuesday and thursday I ran 4 sets of 2x150m hills with a jog rest in between each run and 60s between each set. In the weight room training for last week was lot of leg extentions, leg curls, timed squats, abs, and olympic lifting 3x a week. bench squats, pull ups, bench press, hyperextentsions,  and abs 2x a week.  This week is currently a recovery week and consist of light 10 minute runs, curve runs, hj drills, and so swimming. I'm also playing a little basketball every other day too.

I'm feeling very confident with the current training that i am doing this summer thanks to Ced, Ive gotten a lot more strenght and power as ever and the most important staying injury free while doing these things. Every training cycle is something different and more challenging for me which i think plays a big role in my improvements. Im putting in hard work day in and day out in order to be ready for the upcoming season, now all i have to do is trust in GOD and believe in MYSELF and everything will be just fine!
