My name is Ray Nikzat. I am 19 yrs old. I am a freshmen at Sacramento City College. My pr's are 7' outdoor and 6'6'' indoor with only one indoor meet which was alot of fun. I am looking forward to the upcoming outdoor season. I have learned more about the high jump in the past six months than I have in four years and hope to continue to learn. I love watching the big dogs jump in hopes to be at the level they are at someday. I train hard and don't like losing. I am always looking for tips on how to better my approach and jumping.
