Hayward Field will play host to two separate days of limited high performance events
-Races contested with the intent of producing qualifying marks for the 2009 USA Track & Field National Championships
-Limited number of races to be held in conjunction with existing events (OSAA State Meet & Prefontaine Classic)
-High performance aided by high popularity of adjacent events—expected large attendance
-Large crowds help by creating championship level excitement for championship level competition
