Just checked out the site, I think it has great potential, especially the forums section for discussion on different shoes. I also like the calendar. Right now everything is very basic and I think offering more products would help boost your site. Overall it is very accessible and easy to navigate which will help. Who I Am...

My name is Joshua Hawkins and i've been to different parts of the country. I enjoy seeing how different running organazations operate in different regions of the country. Trust me you see significant advantages and disadvantages in the nortwest and northeast parts of the country. I'm orginally from San Antonio, TX, and now reside in New York. I currently believe fast paced training with controlled tempo runs are the best way to train, because i've seen it work for me. In 3 months I went from 16:50 to 15:50.
