I started running in High School however I never got to the point of running in compatition. When I joined the Airforce Ii ran pretty much all the time until I got married. I was out of the game until I met a good friend who got me back on track. Now I run for fun and can't wait to complete my first 26 miler. I have taken two weeks off due to injury and am anxiousy waiting to get back out there. I currently run about 5-8 miles a day at an 8 mile pace.
