I am getting ready to have surgery on my knee cap, i broke a piece off and am going to get it repaired. I went to high school in Emporia KS. Latest Blog UpdateRecoveryI am almost 3 weeks post surgery now and I am feeling really good, the surgery went well and I am making good progress. I should be able to run in about 2-3 more weeks and jump in 4-5 more weeks. Just intime for August training period. I am ready and excited to see how well I am going to do. Guestbook
