This site is hosted by Runnerspace.com, a social/networking site with a good dose of running news and information mixed in.

Anyone with internet access may view the site, but you need member access to contribute content (photos, video, & news) or view members only content (team roster and personal info).

How it works:
Anyone can create their own member page on Runnerspace.com and become a "Member".  The team website is established as a "Group" on Runnerspace.com.  Members may "Join" the group and gain the ability to upload photos, videos, and news items.  These still must be approved by the webmaster to be shared on the group site.  The Members Only Section is intended to house confidential team member information for the TOHS Cross Country and Track team members, coaches, and parents only.  All Runnerspace "Members" who are part of the "Group" will be granted access to this are. (Please note: There is no content in this area yet).  Step by step instructions are on the members only tab.
