Show All Events Who Are We...Team
XO was founded in 2003 and created by former University
of Oregon Track and Field athletes. We are located in Eugene, Oregon, home of
historic Hayward
Field and Track Town USA, as all of you already know. The team is
comprised of primarily post collegiate athletes that train in the state
of Oregon or graduated from the University
of Oregon. Team XO has been created for elite post collegiate Track
& Field / Cross Country athletes
looking to continue their athletic career, while competing at the highest
possible level. The vision
is clear, we look to provide a home and unified team atmosphere where
driven, elite athletes can work together to achieve success both individually
and as a team. In doing this, we look to become the premier
Track & Field Team in the Nation. Statistics

Bummed out
It's been a while since I've blogged it up on RunnerSpace.com. This time I am a little bit bummed out. I am planning on running in the Eugene 1/2 Marathon and being a pacer for the first 10 miles of the Marathon (they follow the same course) before I go my way and the full marathoners go theirs. Having not officially ran a 1/2 marathon yet, I want my first experience to be a good one, something that serves to test the water a bit for the next outing. Anyway, I'm pretty fired up for it, but there's just one problem...right now I can't run!!!! I hit my right knee on the frame of my bedroom door while trying to get out the door for my evening run. I ran 10 x 1k on monday and felt great. Today I was going to do a 6 mile tempo and then 2 sets of 600,500,400,300,200. Instead, I have a painful bone bruise and will do my best to put together some kind of alternate workout at the YMCA. This really sucks! | Videos
