Who I Am...

Hey Im Thaddeus Payenna, my friends and family call me Teddy.

Where i run, (am From): I live in Nome Alaska, grew up with a basketball family, and aren't very good but im the fastest on the court at all times, most the time at least.

I RUN CROSS COUNTRY, 5 and 10 K

I am a Junior in highschool, i attend a bording school known to be the best way to get noticed in my part, formally known as Mt.Edgecumbe Highschool, im not very successful in running, but im on the rise. Im not really sure how i became a runner, but i do know that im pretty fast, and can hold a pace for near 16 miles without slowing down,as long as im not running more then 80%...

What Type of a runner i am: Im a low ranked runner that hadn't started running until his late 14's, everyone saw me as a kid who came from a great basketball family, but little did they know i was adopted, and wasnt the best of learners when it came to sports. i myself didn't know i was a runner until i chose to start running home from a car ride out of town, it was so beautiful, and i couldn't resist but to run, i couldn't stop, didnt stop, finaly stopped after 16 miles when i apeared on my doorstep, the first thing i did was called my oldest brother in anchorage and told him i had found what sport i was going to be known for, i told him that it felt good to just keep moving, my heart pumping, mind free, the only thing i was doing was enjoying the sound of people telling me good job. i still do, and people still expect me to get some where in running, i know im not the best, and im not afraid to say it, but i am afraid of letting people down.

My History: i have no idea what kind of athletes my biological parents were, i only wish to see them and talk to them for just 5 minutes, to tell you the truth, i'd have to many questions to ask to even talk to them, i would only stand there and say to them two things... thanks you, and why did you do what you've done!?

My accomplishments: I am the fastest person in my school at the moment for cross country.

My Progress

Freshman- 9th in region 5; 40th at state

Sophmore- 4th in region 5; Tean won title by eight points; 8th at state

Junior- First in region 1North; Team swipped the title with 1/2/3/4/5/7/11; 3rd at state.

Senior year- few months away; momentarily im chillin out becuase of tendinitus in both knees, and a gash in my head.
