I had a stroke last Aprilat the age og 41 and am recovering very well. I had planned on walking the portland Marathon Next year, someone suggested the Butte to Butte instead. I want a challenge, but one that Iaactually have a good chance of finishing with alot of hard work. looking for some good training tips.
