Who I Am...

My name is Alyssa Biondi

I have been running track for 5 years competing in the 100 (12.21), 200 (25.78), and 4x100 (47.47 -2nd leg). I ran for Los Altos High school along with Fox Athletics Club Track and Field, competing in both indoor and outdoor meets.

I am a freshman at UCSB running for the Track and Field team. I am redshirting my freshman season due to a knee injury.

I am ready for summer training to get back into shape and come ready for fall season to train and get ready for indoor season!

Ever run the 400? Do any of your coaches pressure you to move up to that distance? I unfortuanately see this trend in colleges all over. Does it happen at yours too?
