Update on the Hips
Ok so I am still having some problems with my hips. They seem to hold up for a little bit but after the first 3rd of my runs they start to bug me. I am definitely going to go and get some physio and see what's goign on. I did my first workout on monday, it was just easy but it was still something. I'm happy with that and I think a little more rest and some stretching may just be what I need.
