So here's the rediculous thing about hip injuries: they last for months on end and until they're fully strengthened I can't do any hard training. It sucks. I have been doing everything I can but there hasn't been much improvement. I've been going to almost every practice thinking that this is the practice I should be able to run and things just haven't worked out yet. I don't know exactly why things have happened the way they are but apparently everything happens for a reason. You just have to find that reason and once you do everything works out perfectly. Well unfortunately I haven't quite found out that reason yet. I will eventually I'm sure, I just gotta keep looking for it. But all in all injuries suck. If this one doesn't get better soon then I'm more than likely just going to take a couple weeks off just to strengthen my hips correctly. That would be the ideal way to heal it but unfortunately it looks like I may miss the school season. If I can race I will still race off of natural talent (I'm really out of shape because I haven't been doing workouts) and try to qualify for OFSAA which I think I could. Other than that I will still race at AO's if I'm able to because on the club side of things we have a great team: myself, Ben Priesner, Aiden Zagar, Matt Napier, Nathaniel Mechler, and Will Quosai.
