this is the year 2012.  track season should have started over a month ago.  i'm still trying to find info. on this site pertaining to my high school.  i believe i can coach a longjump candidate all the way to state.  i have massive amounts of theories on how to improve the efficiency of the jump.  i believe i can achieve a 23 foot jump, breaking the school record.
