This song is for my beautiful wife, who has always asked God to make her life a miracle before she leaves this world. And even as her speech begins to fail her, and dire predictions of further cognitive deterioration are thrown her way by her doctors, she thinks of others first and herself, last. She gives the last ounce of her energy at the end of each day, to her family and friends, thanking God for the priviledge of another day; days that are hard for her; days that break her heart, but days where she somehow sees through the tears, those she loves. And she smiles and imparts life to them. Lord , you would take such a woman as this away from us?
