ok, if you are like me, and you get that feeling in your throat that makes you feel like you want to throw up, and it is like acidee, that is the acid eating at prettymuch nothing in your stomach. so before you run, eat something. try a banana, or a granola bar. something to keep food in your stomach. not too much though.
carboloads. carboloads are amazing during the cross country season. what we do is we go to someones house, and we have a whole bunch of carbs. not like bad foods, but like spaghetti, bread, potatoes, that kind of thing. so then when you are at your meet, you have a bunch of energy to burn off. or, Cece's works just as well.
