CROSS COUONTRY ROX if you are getting ready for a xc meet, at practice, you always want to run more than your meet is. so if your meet is 2.5 miles, run around 4 miles. so that when you are at the meet, you can run faster without dying half say in. it may take a while to get used to running so much, but it will pay off in the end, and it will make it easier to run the meet. :)
