ok, so if you seem to get really tired at a xc meet, and you want to ...not be tired, run more at practice. if your meet is 2.5 miles, run around4 or so at practice so when the meet comes, you arent so tired. make sure you are at a good pace, and you arent stopping. run on the grass as well. most meets are on grass, and it is softer on your legs.
