Monday, 2Apr:  5 miles treadmill, w/5k alternating 200m at 6:40 pace and 800m at 5:40 pace.

 

Tuesday, 3Apr:  9 miles treadmill, w/6miles alternating quarters at 6:27 pace and 5:40 pace.

 

Wednesday, 4Apr:  6 miles treadmill, legs heavy felt horrible.

 

Thursday, 5Apr:  6 miles, including 5k “Fun Run” in Haifa (forgot to start my watch).  Felt good legs had a lot of life in them. 

 

Friday, 6Apr:  8 miles treadmill, legs felt horrible.

 

Saturday, 7Apr:  6 miles treadmill, w/5k in 17:57 alternating 200m at 6:27 pace and 400m at 5:27 pace; legs felt great and the effort was very easy.

 

Sunday, 8 Apr:  I’m taking Easter Sunday off.

 

34 miles treadmill, 6 miles on asphalt for a total of 40 miles on the week.
