Rejuvenating morning run
Before I even begin explaining my story, I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate myself for successfully beginning and consistently adhering to my morning routine exercise. It’s been two weeks since I started this morning exercise. Didn’t think I would make it to my second week for the first week alone was very tough. It had been a while since I had exercised and every time I begun running I would feel a sharp stitch in my lungs, then I would feel dizzy and sometimes even vomit. I guess all these were the result of my unhealthy lifestyle, in the previous three years I had become accustomed to smoking, drinking and eating junk food. This bad lifestyle begun when my fiancé whom I had promised to marry left me after finding out that I was cheating on her with my secretary. When she left, I slipped into a depression and lost focus on what was important in my life.
Now through my morning runs am able to motivate myself and have hope for the future. When a friend told me that running can provide healing to a lost one, at first I thought it was a joke but now after these two weeks am able to testify that what he said was the truth. Even my hair which I love so much has improved, now it’s more appealing to the ladies and even some fellow workmates are calling the new Brad Pitt. Every time they ask what is the secret to having such great hair I tell them it’s my morning run which reduces stress and leads to growth of rejuvenated hair. Sadly most of them don’t believe me about my hair.
