it's july 14th and i went to coastal fitness cross trained for 40minutes and then lifted weights. :)
so i have forgotten to write down a few days so i'm going by what i remember.
On july 4th i ran for 52minutes at woahink and cleawox. on july 7th i ran for 30minutes on Base street and stuff. and i cant remember the rest but i ran tues, wed, friday.
6/25/08 I ran Friday at woahink for 35minutes
On monday ran for ten minutes then ran 1-2-1 minutes workout then cooled down for 15minutes.
tuesday ran 48minutes at woahink and cleawox, felt pretty fatigued think i was really dehydrated and maybe low iron... did abs and big ten as well.
6/26/08
cross trained at coastal fitness for 15 minutes. then lifted some light weights and did sit ups.
On sat. 28th ran 10 mile cape mountain run. felt a lot better than on tuesday. took this week easier and i think that helped. ran cape mountain run in 91minutes. had fun and i am now really sore. lol
Monday the 30th i biked for 50 minutes on my bicycle
tuesday ran at cleawox for 37minutes then went and lifted and did core at coastal fitness.
