Solo and Jrun ran on cougar mtn in Seattle with Scott, Tom Ederer, and a friend of Jeff's from work named David.

Fun group, but I was slowing them down for sure. Scott might as well have been sitting at a cafe for all the effort he seemed to have to put into it. Jeff and Tom are pretty fit too. 

Anyway, David and I did a 10 mile loop and the other 3 did an extra 4 with a peakout of the Wilderness loop. 

Feeling good and looking forward to a 7ish miler with a loop around Discovery park tomorrow morning.
