35 min, 5 miles, myrtl, felt good, my left achilles was a little sore but it warmed upeventually

32 min, 5 miles covered, we were running fast but i still felt pretty good, then i did the pedestal routine

47 min, ran out at siltcoos trail, felt good, just did two loops for about six miles then i did a big ten and the lunges in place of lifting
