Who I Am...

I am an Assistant Cross Country and Track Coach at William Woods University. I am a former athlete for William Woods. I am a runner and a grinder. I have always believed in the miles. Sometimes they are the only thing that is true.

Its not in the miles...its all in the dumbell bench! I've been telling that to you for years!!! Put in bout 50miles a week and up the dumbell bench to 70 plus and you will run glorious times! You can take that to the bank lol.
