Went out in the 1600 at 2:04 and glided in to run a 4:22.  He looks really good.  Did you see where Loyola is going to be running in the Missouri Valley.  That should strengthen the conference. You could get results with mile splits in the past.  I have not found a copy of the state results with splits.  I know that ITT will be done by Adkins .
