Here is a little about my name. I call myself 'Correjesus' and its Spanish for runjesus; my name is Jesus - I pronounce it in English and not in Spanish cause my name doesn’t have an accent on the u. anyway, I originally from Northern Santa Barbara County and went to Righetti High School. I ran well there and ended up going to Allan Hancock College (junior college/ Community College) after a year I got bored and tried to go to a University. After a year and a half at the JC I transferred to Humboldt State University. I'm doing well here and it’s cool. I wish I had my surfboard! OMG, dude I'm easy going and if you would like to know more about me just message me, I'm always looking forward to meeting new people.

DII Championships - Another fall 3k steeple

So, here is a quick update on how DII Championships are going. Last night was the preliminary race, there were two heats and I was in the second one. My teammate was in the first heat and to a lot of peoples surprise he won it. I fell down again during the third lap, it was my fault in a way. the guy in front of me fell down and I was going to spike him in the back if I didn’t adjust the way I was going to land, thus I tried to land on him with my legs spread wide open. it was a crazy race. Well we both made it at the end due to our time which was nothing impressive, it was luck that I made it into the finals. I think I was the last one to make it again. Last two steeplechases I’ve fallen and I don’t like it, but I do like how I’m just barely making it in. I race again tomorrow and hopefully I will become an all American and at the same time a new PR. I’m feeling strong right now and starting to become a little bit more confident.
