Who I Am...

I am have been running since 1993 and I started with 5ks, 10ks, hlf-marathons and marathons. In 1999 while attending college in Flagstaff, AZ I ran my first ultra marathon. The rest is history and now I live with my wife in beautiful Loveland, CO. We have our first child a boy on the way this October.
