ELITE Running Camps were created to make distance running youth both more knowledgeable of themselves and the sport. ELITE's goal is to provide all the participants with a foundational knowledge of valuable running fundamentals. It is our hope that this experience will help guide them with a base knowledge of which they can build and flourish from individually. As a result or their experience with ELITE we expect our participants to perform to their highest achievable levels.

ELITE running camps allow athletes the opportunity for enhancement through a series safe low-impact training sessions. The camp sessions are directed by national class athletes and coaches, providing you with a wide range of training skills and knowledge that are essential elements to athlete development.  

Most importantly it is the goal of the camp that participants are able to find a reason to run that excites them every day to put in the work required. All the running talent in the world means nothing if you are not moved by what you’re doing. To ELITE it doesn’t matter if your goal is to make a team or to win a championship. In this sport, success does not come over night. It comes from years of health, proper training, and most importantly discipline to achieve your highest aspirations.
