Spikes: 3/16” pyramid spikes
Throws: 3 attempts per athlete
Jumps: 3 attempts per athlete (90 min open pit for Long & Triple)
2 pits will be open to run boys and girls at the same time
Starting Heights: Girls Pole Vault – 6’0”
Boys Pole Vault – 8’6”
Girls High Jump – 4’0”
Boys High Jump – 5’0”
Implements: Each team shall provide their own implements.

 Shoe spikes for sale in announcer’s booth ($3/bag of 14)
