29th Annual Hayward Classic Saturday May 14, 2011 Hayward Field University of Oregon- Eugene, Oregon Also USATF Oregon Association Masters Track and Field Championships. Note that the 2011 Meet is a Single Day Event!
The Hayward Classic is one of the top masters track and field meets in the country. This is a rare opportunity to compete at historic Hayward Field, site of the 1972, 1976, 1980, 2008, and 2012 Olympic Trials.

There were some impressive performances in this weekend's Hayward Classic. This year's meet was also the USATF Northwest Regional Masters Championships. Highlights included a world record by Mary Harada in the mile for the women's 75-79 age group, with a 7:55.74. American Records were set by Suzi MacLeod in the W75 800m (3:35.22) and Harvey Lewellen in the M80 Super Weight (10.99m - 36' 3/4").
