Last night down in Palo Alto, CA Brett
Holts got 3rd in his heat of the steeplechase with a time of 8:43 (the
"B" standard is 8:45).
Also racing at Stanford was Carrie
Strickland. Carrie ran another great race in the steeplechase, running
just short of her PR with a time of 10:01. Check out the other

Paul Michel won for the 3rd time in 3 weeks in the 800 meter run with a 1:51.4 at Pacific University.
On the roads: Cinco de Mayo 10k, Eric Dolezal placed 4th in 33.47 and Rob Leiwand took 10th in 38.01
